On November 27, 2020 in the building of the Supreme Economic Court of the Republic of Tajikistan with the participation of the Chairman of the Supreme Economic Court, Deputy Chairmen of the Supreme Economic Court, judges and employees of economic courts of the Republic of Tajikistan was held a solemn meeting.
The event was opened by the Chairman of the Supreme Economic Court of the Republic of Tajikistan Kalandarzoda Mavluda.
It was noted that the role and status of the judiciary in public administration is more important than weapons. In this regard, the Honorable Leader of the Nation, Emomali Rahmon declared that “The role and place of the judiciary in governing the state and the progress of society is very important, as the judiciary operates on the basis of the Constitution and laws, human rights and freedoms, state interests, protectional institutions and the rule of law and justice. ” Economic courts are the result of the independence period, which has developed in certain historical periods.
Then the report of the judge of the Supreme Economic Court Kamolzoda Rahmatullo on the history of formation and formation of the economic court system was heard.
In the end, judges and staff of economic courts of the Republic of Tajikistan were awarded with “Certificate of Merit” for effective work in 2020 and exemplary participation in the public life of economic courts of the Republic of Tajikistan.
