Language is a mirror that clearly reflects the face of the nation, we should appreciate this, and at the same time attach paramount importance to the study of Russian and English as languages of international communication.
E.RAHMON
The language is an important, inseparable and integral part of the national culture for every nador.
According to the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On Holidays”, October 5 is declared the “Day of the State Language of the Republic of Tajikistan”in the Republic of Tajikistan.
The founder of peace and national unity, the Leader of the Nation, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, dear Emomali Rahmon, has repeatedly noted in his speech on the occasion of the holiday: There is one official state language in the Republic of Tajikistan, and every citizen should know it. This is considered a common and natural phenomenon all over the world.
According to article 2 of the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan, the State language of Tajikistan is the Tajik language.
Russian is the language of international communication.
All nations and nationalities living on the territory of the Republic have the right to freely use their native language.
The role of the Leader of the nation is significant in strengthening the image of the republic on the world stage, including in strengthening the status of the state language and the study of foreign languages.
No parent will argue with the statement that for a happy future, a child should learn at least one foreign language. However, it is interesting that foreign languages are not only a means for career growth. They actually change the personality and brain of people.
Someone will probably say that this is just a good metaphor. But studies conducted in recent years demonstrate that people who speak several languages think differently. This, by the way, can explain the difficulties in mastering a foreign language at the level of its native speaker. It can be concluded that by understanding the subtleties of a foreign language, people begin to notice details of the world around them that they did not see when speaking in their native language, and this is only so that the sentence sounds grammatically accurate.
In the modern world, no matter what field a person works in, whether it is a public or private sphere, every manager asks the question of knowledge of foreign languages when applying for a job. Knowledge of foreign languages, in particular English and Russian, is welcome in all institutions.
In addition, a lot of literature that can be useful to a person in his professional and scientific affairs is published in foreign sources. And this is an additional bonus for personal self-realization and career development.
That is why, at the initiative of the Founder of Peace and National Unity, the Leader of the Nation, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, dear Emomali Rahmon, in his Address to the Majlisi Oli
The State Program for Improving the Teaching and Learning of Russian and English languages of the Republic of Tajikistan until 2030 (hereinafter referred to as the Program) was developed to identify the problems existing in the field of teaching academic subjects in these languages, to provide possible ways to solve them and to create conditions conducive to the development of multicultural and multilingual education of the younger generation. The program, together with the state educational standards approved by law, determines ways to improve the teaching and learning of Russian and English in educational institutions of the republic.
Learning Russian as a language of interethnic communication and English as the most widely spoken foreign language in the world, as well as the study of an exemplary form of speech in these languages plays a leading role in the processes of educating the personality of a linguist-linguist, developing his moral qualities and creative abilities, and in introducing him to Russian, English and world culture.
The deepening of cooperation between the countries provides a variety of options for cultural exchange programs, internships, courses for both students and schoolchildren, and employees of any companies. This is a good chance to improve your conversational skills directly with native speakers, get acquainted with the culture of another country, make new acquaintances, expand your worldview and gain invaluable experience. And, of course, the most important thing is to get qualitatively new knowledge and an international diploma, which will significantly increase the chances for further more successful development.
Through the study of Russian and English, native Tajik speakers also get acquainted with the literature and culture of these nations. Literature assumes the most important function of forming an aesthetic sense in the younger and younger generation. Within the framework of the subjects “Russian language” and “English language”, interdisciplinary connections with music, painting, architecture, cinema and theater are traditionally formed.
