The state independence of the Republic of Tajikistan is the highest value for every citizen of the country and is the foundation of the state and statehood, improvement, creative work, selfless efforts to protect political, economic and cultural independence. The implementation of national ideas, the achievement of the set goals are inextricably linked with the strengthening of political and state independence and the improvement of its foundations. State independence has brought light, love, loyalty, prosperity and freedom, solidarity, peace and eternity to the great Tajik people.
We are proud of 30th anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan. The last 30 years have been a period of formation and development of young Tajikistan, during which the people of Tajikistan live in an atmosphere of independence, in the light of creativity and in the process of formation and development of national statehood. Independence for every member of Tajik society is an outstanding sign of the stability of the state, preserving the image of the nation, a symbol of happiness, and the expression of historical ideas.
In the modern conditions of the modern world, strengthening of State independence, strengthening the foundations of the state, raising the level and quality of human life acquire vital importance not only for our people, but also for all of humanity. Because in recent decades, the rapid progress of science and technology and the growing process of globalization have brought humanity into a completely new environment and led to the formation of a comprehensive system of political, economic, social, cultural, informational and spiritual relations. In strengthening state independence, developing and modernizing the new statehood, our country has consistently made confident steps and has achieved significant success over the three decades of independence.
Among the changes and progress, the state independence of the Republic of Tajikistan also plays a significant role in the development of public relations, since this, in turn, led to the need to use new tools to regulate public relations. A set of measures aimed at observance and respect for human and civil rights and freedoms, stable and effective functioning of state bodies and their officials, is one of the main methods of ensuring legality and justice.
The Founder of Peace and National Unity – Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon in one of his speeches noted that “the process of formation of any modern state, the main goal of which is to ensure social justice, is impossible without the effective operation of the judicial system, which is necessary to continue reforms to improve structure and further development of the judicial system ”.
It should be noted that the formation and development of the judicial system in the Republic of Tajikistan is one of the priority directions of the state policy of an independent state.
The use of modern technologies in the implementation of procedural rules of litigation makes it possible to ensure litigation in accordance with the principle of openness, access to justice, reduce the burden and costs associated with the consideration and resolution of litigation.
The Supreme Economic Court of the Republic of Tajikistan has also taken various measures in this direction. First of all, the creation and maintenance of the official website of economic courts allowed citizens to get acquainted with the schedule of assigned cases and other procedural actions related to the case in question.
The website also contains the e-mail address of each judge, which helps the parties in a case to receive information about scheduled court meetings, other procedural messages and decisions on a particular case, as well as allows you to contact the presiding judge.
The official website of the Supreme Economic Court of the Republic of Tajikistan, economic courts of regions and the city of Dushanbe regularly publishes news about meetings of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, events in economic courts, news, articles and new laws and amendments in Tajik, Russian and English, in which the user can get useful information about the activities of economic courts and the legal environment in the country.
It should also be noted that the Supreme Economic Court of the Republic of Tajikistan is connected to a unified interdepartmental system of electronic exchange of documents between state bodies. The exchange of documents between government agencies allows you to do this in the shortest possible time and at no cost compared to the delivery of a regular letter.
In addition, the use of modern technologies has played a significant role in strengthening the principle of access to justice, since the electronic execution of judicial procedures allows citizens to save time and resources. At the same time, the judge had the opportunity to immediately notify the participants by e-mail about the procedural actions taken in the case.
Notification of the status of a citizen’s appeal by e-mail will allow the persons of the parties to the case to receive immediate notification of court decisions and to exclude the possibility of notifying the parties to the case about the time and place of the consideration of the case. court session.
In other words, the introduction of electronic administration of justice contributes to an increase in the efficiency of the judicial system and acts as one of the most important instruments for ensuring justice, which is undoubtedly one of the important achievements of the state independence of the Republic of Tajikistan.
Despite the fact that the introduction of e-judicial activities takes a lot of time and resources, it is gratifying that, thanks to state independence, the transition is being made gradually. In the near future, it is planned to implement a number of works. Despite the difficulties, the introduction of an electronic justice system saves time, effort and procedural costs and is an important factor in citizens’ access to justice. Therefore, the introduction of electronic procedures into the country’s judicial system is one of the significant achievements that will have a positive impact on the administration of justice.
We can say with confidence that the beginning of the 21st century and the third millennium for the glorious people of Tajikistan, along with the state, as well as for the activities of its authorities, opens the way to strengthening the country’s independence, lasting peace and stability, the development of national statehood and independence.
